This Contract is signed between the parties below under the terms and conditions specified.

By accepting this contract, the BUYER agrees to undertake the obligation to pay the order amount and any additional fees such as shipping costs, taxes if specified, upon confirming the order subject of the contract and acknowledges having been informed in this respect.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the terms written below will express the written explanations against them.

LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,

REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188)

SERVICE: The subject of any consumer transaction made or promised to be made in exchange for a fee or benefit, other than providing goods,

SELLER: The company acting on behalf or on account of offering goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activities,

BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,

ORDERER: The real or legal person who requests a good or service through the internet site of the SELLER,

PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,

CONTRACT: This contract concluded between SELLER and BUYER,

GOODS: Refers to movable goods that are subject to shopping and software, audio, video and similar intangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment.

3. SUBJECT

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, which the BUYER has ordered through the electronic environment from the SELLER's internet site.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sale prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.
