Delivery & Return Conditions

1) DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.1) Software purchased from Minay Yazılım® is installed and delivered online using remote connection programs.

1.2) If the purchased software includes special requests, the delivery dates specified in the sales contract apply.

1.3) Installation of our software/programs is performed by Minay Yazılım®, and the software presented to the customer is licensed to the installed machine with closed source code and delivered.

1.3) There is no right of return/cancellation after the installation and license activation of the purchased software and programs.

2.2) RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1) All software and applications developed by Minay Yazılım® are under our warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice.

2.2) Minay Yazılım® guarantees the software against manufacturing defects for 1 (One) YEAR from the start date when the end-user purchased the software.

2.3) Minay Yazılım® guarantees the resolution of problems and malfunctions related to the software for 2 (Two) years from the start date of software sales. User issues that cannot be resolved under support will be considered under paid service. No service fee can be charged for errors due to the manufacturer in your software.

2.4) During the warranty period, the maximum period for resolving issues related to software manufacturing errors is 30 business days. The time spent resolving problems does not extend the warranty period. The free solution time for issues related to the software reported to us via email is a maximum of 48 hours. The time spent on solving the problems does not extend the warranty period. Issues and malfunctions resulting from computer failure, installation of other software, hardware changes, virus infections, operating system crashes, power outages, incorrect power cycling, hardware inadequacies and incompatibilities, network problems, incorrect installation, faulty upgrades, and use of the software system in a manner not conforming to usage rules are outside the scope of warranty and support.

2.5) Changes in legislation, applications, and reports relevant to the software system, or additions to the program due to various reasons, are outside the scope of warranty.

2.6) According to the Turkish Republic Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the regulation does not grant a right of withdrawal for instantly performed services. For example, in software and programs that are downloaded and used instantly, in instantly downloadable music or videos, in products specially prepared upon order, in goods that can expire, in opened packages of cassettes, CDs, and other data storage devices, if the purchased service is a special website or special software (coding & design), Minay Yazılım® is obliged to correct defects, and the Buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal to return the product and request a refund.

2.7) Customers who purchase from our website (web site package or software (coding & design)) are deemed to have accepted these conditions
